Maintenance and inspection

We offer a maintenance and inspection service for a fee. While you are not required to send in your airbag backpack for regular maintenance and inspection, it is a safety device so we recommend sending it to us at least once per year. If you would like to handle maintenance on your own, here is a list of the points to inspect on your airbag backpack.

Premium maintenance and inspection service
You would like to send in your Reactor avalanche airbag backpack for Premium maintenance and inspection.
We offer a Premium maintenance, inspection, and repair service for a fee. While not a requirement, an avalanche airbag backpack is a safety device that we recommend sending in on a regular basis for maintenance and inspection. How often you send it in for maintenance depends on how often you use your avalanche airbag backpack. The premium service we offer includes basic maintenance and inspection, as well as a live test of your airbag’s trigger mechanism and inflation system using a compressed gas canister.
