If your request concerns a defect or repair for your transceiver, please click on the above link.
The problem or defect involves:
- Premature wear of the housing and/or screen
- The device malfunctions or does not work properly
- The device no longer performs as intended
Maintenance and updates
You would like us to service or update your device
Updates and maintenance are a service we provide for a fee. While you are not required to make updates to your transceiver, since it is a safety device we recommend sending it to us for regular updates, maintenance, and servicing. How often you send it in depends on how often you use your device.
The update and maintenance service includes a 15-point check to test such features as the frequency, transmit and search modes, the buttons, the screen, etc.
