The FLEX COVER 40 PRO allows you to change your ARVA REACTOR avalanche airbag backpack’s carrying capacity, design, or features in just a few seconds.

It provides your pack (compatible with our FLEX technology) with a 40L compartment.

You will be able to carry all the equipment you need to complete your longest journeys. Designed to withstand demanding and intensive use, the R40 PRO FLEX's accessories have been designed to adapt to all situations. Perfectly equipped to carry skis, a snowboard or an ice axe, you can also carry your skis diagonally or laterally (A-Frame) to limit the load shift and reduce your effort during the carrying phases.

Its safety pocket on the front of the bag makes your shovel and probe accessible in a fraction of a second. Reinforced and optimized to resist humidity and abrasion, your bag equipped with the ARVA REACTOR airbag system will never let you down.

    CORDUA is a synthetic fabric with 3 times the abrasion resistance of other typical polyamide fabrics. While durable and incredibly robust, it remains relatively thin and lightweight.

    140Dx210D CORDURA polyamide ripstop HR is a thin fabric with a highly-resistant coating that can withstand the toughest conditions.

    Daisy chains are extremely useful and versatile, allowing you to strap a wide variety of gear to your pack depending on the outing and your immediate need.

    Since we know just how vital it is to be quick and efficient in rescue situations, we placed a dedicated pocket on the front of the pack for quick access to your shovel and probe.
  • Quick and easy A-frame ski carry system
    Attach skis to your pack in just two clips. The A-frame ski carry system works especially well for wider skis and spreads the load more evenly.

    We recommend also using a strap to attach the ski tips and spread the tails apart.

Flex Technology
We developed Flex technology to allow you to change the carrying capacity of your Arva Reactor avalanche airbag backpack in just a few seconds based on need. This system include the Flex frame and the Flex cover. Our Flex technology does not require any additional zippers, which means no additional weight relative to a traditional reactor backpack.
